THIS IS A TIMELY and TIME SENSITIVE SURVEY

THE DEADLINE IS: NOVEMBER 1, 2020.

Are you a PA working in outpatient palliative care? We want to hear from you!

We are working to gather data with the AAHPM. Specifically, Dr. Christian Sinclair, along with his team at Kansas University Medical Center, are performing a seminal educational needs assessment for the growing workforce in clinic-based palliative care. (KUMC IRB STUDY#00145164)

Please take 10-15 minutes to complete this brief Survey:    https://bit.ly/OutpatientPCLearning

We want to hear from you about what matters most in clinic-based palliative care. This is an opportunity to have our voice heard!

    Here is the Overview:
In this survey, we seek your opinion on the importance of 20 palliative care domains in outpatient practice, and about your educational experiences related to those domains.

For each palliative care knowledge area or skill, you will be asked to rate:

    1. How important you think that [the specific] subject is to outpatient palliative care practice

    2. How well your fellowship or on-the-job training prepared you on that subject, specific to outpatient palliative care

    3. How much education you need on that subject NOW as a practicing outpatient palliative care clinician.

Kathy Kemle, MS, PA-C                                                         President, PAHPM

Ryan Baldeo, MS, PAC                                                                President, PA SIG of AAHPM
